Single User License - Except as noted on the individual sofware license, each license is for one installation, on one computer. Dowloading or registering the software does NOT mean 'right to sell, right to give away, copyright-free, etc. 'Single User' refers to any indivdual who downloaded, registered, or purchased the application. |
Unacceptable use of NewkirkStation products: |
Making copies of the application download or purchased product either individually or as part of a collection, for any purpose of distribution through the Internet or as a portion of another product.

Except as noted in the individual application license, resale of any product is forbidden.

Except as noted in the individual application license, unauthorized distribution is not permitted. You can not make copies available to others through any format for any purpose.

NewkirkStation LLC reserves the right to take legal action against any entity in violation of the Terms of Use.
